XANTHAN GUM CS-T

Xanthan Gum CS-T is produced by fermentation based on renewable feedstock, ideal to increase (low-shear) viscosity, thereby contributing to the storage stability of formulations. Its water solubility, and its temperature, pH, salt and freeze/thaw resistance makes it easy to use in formulations. As with xanthan gum in general, the relatively low viscosity under high-shear makes the product easy to pump/spray, whereas the relatively high viscosity under low shear contributes to the formulation stability, once the shear is removed. Furthermore, Xanthan Gum CS-T profits from a favourable safety package, is highly biocompatible and biodegradable. An added advantage of this grade is the high clarity in solution.
