EMPIGEN 5151

EMPIGEN 5151 is an aqueous solution of disodium cocoamphodiacetate. It is an amphoteric surfactant compatible with anionic, nonionic, cationic and other amphoteric surfactants. EMPIGEN 5151 is of particular interest for incorporation into formulations requiring low irritancy and gentle cleansing properties. Its use can give formulation and performance benefits in terms of quality and quantity of foam even in the presence of other components, good wetting characteristics and easy to handle due to its low viscosity.
