FLORAGLO OPTISHARP 5/1 24% FS

FloraGLO® OPTISHARP™ 5/1 24% FS is a viscous oil, containing a mixture of micronized crystals of lutein (extracted Targetes erecta) and micronized crystals of natural zeaxanthin (extracted from Tagetes erecta). This mixture is dispersed in safflower oil. Tocopherol-rich extract is added as an antioxidant. Zeaxanthin is crystallized from marigold oleoresin, which is extracted from marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta) with naturally occurring high levels of zeaxanthin, and is covered under U.S.Patent Nos. 6,784,351, 7,033,622 and 7,575,766. Recommended application(s): As a nutrient in soft gelatine capsules. For fortification of selected fat-based foods.
