DRY VITAMIN D3 100 CWS/AM is a free-flowing particles containing 90,000-110,000 IU/g of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in medium-chain triglycerides finely dispersed in a corn starch coated matrix of acacia gum and sucrose. It is used in food preparations and food preparations for infants and young children. DRY VITAMIN D3 100 CWS/AM disperses quickly and completely in cold water, fruit juices, milk and other liquids. It meets all requirements of the USP, Ph.Eur., and FCC when tested according to these compendia. DRY VITAMIN D3 100 CWS/AM is sensitive to air, light and humidity. It can be stored for 27 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15°C.
