The individual particles consist of a solution of Apocarotenal in Medium Chain Triglycerides, finely dispersed in a matrix of Acacia, Sucrose and Dried glucose syrup. dl-a-Tocopherol and Sodium Ascorbate are added as antioxidants, Silicon Dioxide as a processing agent. APOCAROTENAL 1% CWS/M is used as an orange colouring agent in the food industry. It provides natural orange colour to food products.
