APOCAROTENAL 10% WS/N

APOCAROTENAL 10% WS/N is a free-flowing particles containing APOCAROTENAL finely dispersed in a Corn Starch-coated matrix of Gelatine, Sucrose, and Corn Oil. It is used as an orange-red to red colouring agent for food applications. APOCAROTENAL 10% WS/N provides natural orange-red to red colouring without using artificial colours. It is dispersible in water at a minimum temperature of 25 °C, yielding orange-red to red colourations. APOCAROTENAL 10% WS/N is sensitive to air, heat, light and humidity. It can be stored for 48 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15 °C. APOCAROTENAL 10% WS/N is recommended for use in food applications where natural colouring is required without using artificial colours.
